How much is shipping?

Free within the United States!

Shipping outside the U.S. will be calculated based on your location and the size of the order. Contact us if you have questions about international shipping.

Can I return my purchase?

Clergy dresses and shirts can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery.

All other items on our website are final sale.

Can I exchange for another size? My garment doesn't fit quite right.

Magdalene Clergy Dresses offers a Fit Guarantee. If your garment does not fit your body the way you expected, we will exchange it for another size at no charge. You only have to pay to ship your garments back to us.

To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us via email or the website's contact form within 14 days of your garments being delivered. To make sure your new garment fits you right, we will chat with you before the exchange to discuss your needs.

We're really passionate about this. Fit is everything, but too many brands take shortcuts. We take fit very seriously and will make sure you're happy with how your Magdalene garment fits your body.

This guarantee does not apply to custom-made garments. If we work with you for a custom order, that garment is final sale.

I wanted something that's out of stock. Will you restock it?

The answer varies by item. Please reach out to us to inquire about specific restocks.

Where can I purchase extra clergy collar tabs?

Your Magdalene garment will come with a clergy collar tab if you order a tab-style garment. All our tabs are made of recycled & recyclable plastic sourced from Humble Hearts Clergy Apparel. Can I place a custom order?

At this time, our capacity for custom orders is extremely limited. Feel free to reach out with a request, but I cannot promise that I will take on your custom order. 

Do you make albs, cassocks, surplices or chasubles? Could I place a custom order for one of these garments?

What denomination are you?

Magdalene Clergy Dresses is a for-profit LLC and therefore not affiliated with any nonprofit or religious organization. Brittany, our owner-founder, was ordained to Christian ministry in the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship in 2019. She has since been confirmed in the Episcopal Church and lives our her ministry calling in her local congregation as a lay preacher and lay ministry leader. And, of course, through Magdalene.
